Dinesh Reddy clears confusion on GO

HYDERABAD:  In the GO posting B Prasada Rao as ACB chief, it was mentioned that he would relieve D Boobathi Babu of his additional charge. However, minutes later, another GO was issued with a correction reading: After the words ‘’Sri D Boobathi Babu, IPS’’ in the earlier GO, the words ‘’Additional Director General of Police, ACB, holding full additional charge of the post of the DG, ACB’’ shall be inserted.With two GOs being issued, there was speculation whether Boobathi Babu would continue in the post. When contacted, DGP V Dinesh Reddy confirmed that Boobathi Babu would continue in the ACB.
