These days the movie names are just so unconventional that one has to actually hunt for the meaning after hearing it for the first time. The title might have a colloquial or a self coined term to make it catchy. With the recent example of 'Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi', where a north Indian Punjabi might be aware of the slang 'Jhand', but moving east or maybe south this word would be in the alien list.
