Incidents of gun violence have increased manifold lot in Delhi.

New Delhi: The national Capital region is close to earning the dubious distinction of being called the national crime region with five murders reported in the last 15 hours, which means one murder every three hours.

On Wednesday evening a cable operator was shot dead in Ghaziabad.

Within the next couple of hours close to midnight, unidentified men gunned down a property dealer at Yamuna Vihar in North-East Delhi.

Forty-year-old Mohammad Salim was on his way home on a bike when he was waylaid by some men in a car.

The shooters fled after pumping two bullets into Saleem, who died on the way to hospital.

Police are investigating the matter and the motive behind the crime. No arrests have been made yet.

Incidents of gun violence have increased manifold lot in Delhi. A Gurgaon property dealer was shot dead outside the Roseland School in the area.

He had dropped his children to school and was returning home.

On Thursday morning at around 0730 hrs, IST a milkman was stabbed with a pair of scissors in Seelampur, over a dispute over Rs 1700. Around the same time one person was killed in Dabri on the outskirts of Delhi.
