Congress to celebrate YSR birth anniversary

HYDERABAD: As Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR Congress party is making arrangements for its two-day plenary at Idupulapaya in Kadapa district on July 8 and 9, the ruling Congress party is also planning to celebrate the birth anniversary of former chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy on July 8.Addressing mediapersons at Gandhi Bhavan on Wednesday, APCC president Botcha Satyanarayana said  Congress leaders in all the districts would celebrate the birth anniversary of the late leader by garlanding the statues of YSR, holding public meetings and organising blood donation camps and annadanam to the poor.Chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and others will pay floral tributes to YSR's statue at Punjagutta to mark the occasion.
