BHUBANESWAR: Orissa Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Niranjan Patnaik has constituted a drafting committee to prepare a chargesheet against the Naveen Patnaik Government. The chargesheet will contain charges of corruption against the Government and the scams, failure of the State Government in the implementation of various welfare measures and anti-people decisions taken by it. The committee has Opposition leader Bhupinder Singh, former chief minister Giridhar Gamang, former ministers Narasingh Mishra, Ramakrushna Patnaik and Ganeswar Behera and former MP Soumya Ranjan Patnaik as members. Opposition chief whip in the Assembly Prasad Harichandan is the convenor of the committee. The OPCC president has requested the committee to complete the chargesheet in the next seven days. OPCC vice-president Sibanand Ray has said that the chargesheet will also be submitted to the President of India.
