The same accused and companies are named in the fresh FIR filed by the CBI on Friday. As of now, no additional names of accused or companies have been made.However, we would file another FIR if names of other people surface during the course of investigation,” sources in the CBI said.Earlier on December 24, 2010, the CID sleuths had filed a charge-sheet against Biliye, whom the court had entrusted with the custody of the seized iron ore, three stevedores — Salagaonkar Mining Industries Pvt Ltd, Tungabhadra Minerals Pvt Ltd and Gimpex Ltd — and Ramachandra Vasu Nayak, Ramasubba Reddy and K Chandran, representative officials of these companies.An additional charge-sheet was filed in October, 2011.On September 5, a Central Empowered Committee (CEC) submitted its report to the SC, and based on the report the apex court ordered a CBI probe into the illegal extraction, transportation and export of iron ore.The court had also directed the CBI to file its report within six months.first published:September 15, 2012, 08:45 ISTlast updated:September 15, 2012, 08:45 IST
