How to Cancel a Bumble Subscription

Cancelling Through the Google Play Store

Tap the Google Play Store Android Google Play icon. This will launch the app. Make sure you are on the Home screen of the application. You will see a menu of options, including Home, Games, Movies & TV, Books, and Music.

Tap ☰. This button is located in the top left of your screen. Tapping this button will pull out a tab that includes your Google Account information, such as your name, profile pictures, and associated accounts.

Tap Subscriptions. This will open a new page listing all your subscriptions through the Play store.

Tap Bumble. This will open a new page where you can choose to cancel your subscription.

Tap Cancel. You will have to follow the instructions presented on the screen to fully cancel the subscription.

Cancelling Through the iTunes Store

Tap the Settings icon iPhone Settings App Icon. This will launch the app.

Tap iTunes and App Store. This will open a new page that contains your Apple ID and automatic downloads.

Tap your Apple ID. This will bring up a white box in the middle of your screen.

Tap View Apple ID. You will have to enter in your Apple ID password to continue. After successfully entering in your password, another page containing access to your Apple ID app settings will appear. This page includes tabs to change your payment information, your ratings and reviews, your purchase history, and your subscriptions.

Tap Subscriptions. This will open a list of all your current subscriptions.

Tap Bumble. This will open a page where you can cancel your subscription. You will have to follow the instructions presented on the screen to fully cancel the subscription.

Cancelling Through the App

Tap the Bumble app icon. It looks like a pentagon with horizontal lines inside.

Tap the Android 7 Account Box image. It is in the upper left corner of your screen. This will open your profile page.

Tap Android 7 Settings. It is the upper left corner of your screen. This will open your Bumble settings where you can activate snooze mode, set advanced filters, change who you’re interested in meeting, and change the age and distance filters.

Tap Delete Account. This will bring up a white box where you need to type ‘delete’ to confirm. You may have more white boxes appear to make sure you want to delete your account. Doing this will delete your account with Bumble and cancel any active subscriptions.
