How to Add Wii Fit Credits
How to Add Wii Fit Credits
Introduced in 2007 and updated in 2009, Wii Fit is a video game that prompts players to perform various yoga, strength, aerobics, and balance exercises, while tracking data on the overall fitness players achieve from those exercises. Wii Fit uses a player's registered age, height, and weight to chart accurate results. The game uses the Wii Balance Board peripheral, a platform that senses the player's weight, body movements, and center of balance. The game offers "fit credits," which are awarded for such things as achieving a certain level of fitness or working out for a certain amount of time. Fit credits can be used to purchase new exercises and levels in the game. You can manually add exercises performed outside of Wii Fit to the game's Activity Log. This adds fit credits to your total. The following steps describe how to access the Activity Log and enter your exercise information.
Steps

Select the "graph" icon in the game's main menu.

Select the "Fit Credits" option at the top of the menu.

Choose "Activity Log." A prompt with "Do you want to record an activity in your Activity Log?" will appear. Select "Yes."

Select between light, normal, or hard activity types. If you aren't sure what activity type the exercise you performed is, you can select the "Examples" button to bring up a guide.

Press the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the amount of time you spent doing the exercise.

Click "OK" to confirm the entry. You will then be asked if you want to add another activity. Select "Yes" or "No" depending on the exercises you have done.

What's your reaction?
