A total of 2,447 seats in 156 government medical colleges, private, deemed, and Armed Forces Medical College ( AFMS) were filled based on the NEET SS 2023 score

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the final seat allotment result of the special round for NEET Super Speciality  (NEET SS) on February 9. The candidates can check their results through the official website of MCC– mcc.nic.in. The result has been released for D.M., M.CH, and DNB super speciality courses. The students were allowed to contact the authorities if they faced any discrepancy in the result.  Candidates have to report to their allotted colleges from February 10 to 15.

Step 4: The result will appear on your screen

This provisional seat allocation result will be deemed as final if the candidate does not object before the deadline. The selected candidates for the NEET SS 2023 will be required to report to their assigned colleges with some necessary documents. It includes a NEET SS seat allotment letter, admit card, MBBS degree certificate, identity proof, MD/MS/DNB degree certificate, and Permanent Registration certificate.

This was the final round of counselling for the super specialisation course. Round 2 of the counselling was held in December last year. The selected students were asked to report to their assigned colleges between December 24 and December 31 to complete the admission process. The nationwide entrance exam for NEET SS 2023 was held on September 29 and 30. The results were declared on October 15. The counselling began on November 8.

After the second round of counselling, there were around 400 vacant seats for DM, MCH and DNB courses. A total of 2,447 seats in 156 government medical colleges, private, deemed, and Armed Forces Medical College ( AFMS) were filled based on the score obtained by the candidate in NEET SS 2023.
