AP TET 2024: Candidates who took the exam can check the response sheets by visiting the official website at aptet.apcfss.in

The Department of School Education in Andhra Pradesh has released the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test or AP TET 2024 response sheets. Candidates who took the exam can check the response sheets by visiting the official website at aptet.apcfss.in. They can access the response sheets by logging in with their application number and date of birth.

The exams are currently underway. It is being conducted between February 27 to March 9, while the result is expected to be out on March 14. As per the official notice, the answer key will be out on March 10. The exams are being held in two sessions — one from 9:30 am to 12 noon and the other from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

AP TET 2024: How to Check Download Response Sheet?

Step 1: Visit aptet.apcfss.in.

Step 2: Click on the response sheet link.

Step 3: Enter the required credentials.

Step 4: The response sheet will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download and keep a hard copy of the response sheet for future reference.

To qualify for AP TET 2024, candidates must secure 60 per cent or above marks. For candidates belonging to the BC category, are required to secure 50 per cent and above marks, while SC, ST, differently abled, ex-servicemen category candidates are required to attain 40 per cent and above marks.

To apply for AP TET 2024, candidates must have a minimum of 45 per cent marks in class 12 or its equivalent. There are two papers in the exam. Candidates who qualify for paper 1 will be eligible to teach in classes 1 to 5 and the candidates who clear paper 2 will be eligible to teach classes 6 to 8.

The 2-hour and 30-minute exam consists of 150 MCQs. Paper 1 is divided into five sections — child development and pedagogy, language 1, English, mathematics, and environmental studies. A total of 30 MCQs worth one mark are included in each section. Paper 2 is divided into five sections — child development and pedagogy, language 1, English, and subjects relating to the elected stream. There are 30 multiple-choice questions in the first three sections and 60 in the final segment.
