On the other hand, Pakistan got off to the exact opposite start where they won their first two games with dominant performances all through the ranks, but then faced the most embarrassing defeat against their arch-rivals, India, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, where the Indians won by a comfortable 7 wickets.
Pakistan might be coming to this match after a seven-wicket battering by India at Ahmedabad, but Cummins was not ready to take them lightly.
