Volvo has launched the new face lifted version of its flagship S80 sedan in India. The price for the new model is Rs 41.35 lakh ex-Delhi. There are two variants of offer- D4 is priced at Rs 41.35 while the D5 is priced at Rs 44.80 lakh.
The design of the previous model has been largely carried over to the facelift with some small changes. The most notable change is in the grille which has shrunk and now looks smaller and wider than before. The bumper has been reworked and the headlights now get daytime running lamps. Changes to the wheel's design and the rear bumper complete the visual upgrades.
Interior has a smooth and functional layout with an all-black theme having wooden inserts on the dashboard and a bit more on the central console which also features a floating design. Number of buttons are a bare minimum and easily accessible.
The colourful digital instrument cluster can be customized to display information pertaining to fuel efficiency or performance - whichever you choose. Seats are comfortable at both the front and rear with ample legroom. Interior is quite spacious and has been built with high quality materials.
