There is intense competition in the market due to which the shopkeepers tend to introduce catchy phrases and taglines to attract the customer. Many times the goods are sold but after some time the customer comes to return it, giving strange excuses. It includes excuses like fitting problems, disapprovement of family members and others. To deal with such people, a clothing shopkeeper posted a unique ‘No Return’ of goods message on the gate. After reading the message, it is believed that no customers will ever dare to return the goods after reading the message.
Shubhi Jain, a resident of Agra, has a shop named ‘Clothes Junction’. She keeps posting videos related to her shop on Instagram. Recently, she posted a funny video, in which a paper is seen stuck in her shop. Often, customers buy goods and come to return them with strange excuses. The two most popular excuses are that the mother didn’t like the clothes and the father wouldn’t let them wear them. To confront such excuses, the owner of Clothes Line wrote. “Mummy ko pasand nhi aaya, papa pehenne nhi de rhe. Kisi bhi kaaradvash Change nhi hoga (Translation: Mummy did not like it, papa is not letting them wear it. Change will not be made for any reason!)”. When people understood that their two biggest excuses won’t work in returning the goods, they were surprised. The shopkeeper intends to embarrass the customers if they ever thought of returning the sold products on these excuses.
This video has received more than 60 lakh views on Instagram. Netizens empathised with the problems of returned goods and posted hilarious reactions in the comment section. One of the users said- “Brother, you have written it right, only the shopkeeper knows its pain!” while another asked what to do when his wife doesn’t like it. “IF NO RETURN had a face,” wrote another user.
Many also wondered about the number of excuses heard by the shopkeeper for returning the goods. Apart from returning goods, the customers often exchange their bought items.
