Man Surgically Adds Four Extra Nipples To His Body, Find Out Why

A man from the USA recently got four extra silicone nipples. Harry Hoofcloppen reached out to body modification expert Steve Haworth and asked if he could get four more nipples on his torso, making his total nipple count to six. Steve agreed to his demand and added four subdermal silicone implants in his body that were shaped exactly like natural male nipples. Harry waited for four months for the procedure to heal fully. After that he went to a Colorado-based tattoo artist Angell and asked him to tattoo the silicone implants in such a way that they look natural.

Angell managed to perfectly coloured and shade the silicon implants to look exactly like natural male nipples. Soon this seemingly bizarre body modification endeavour caused a stir. Back in April, Angell shared a video and explained that Harry’s unusual procedure shows that there is a much easier, uncomplicated, and affordable method to recreate nipples. This procedure would be helpful for people who undergo mastectomy or for transgender people who want gender-affirming surgeries.

In this caption, Angell wrote, “Angell I really hope that the medical field would be willing to adopt these in because by far this is the best result I’ve seen for an areola reconstructed look.”

This explanation won over many people who were in awe of the work done by Angell and Steve, people also praised Harry for undergoing the procedure and raising awareness about it. Commenting on it, an Instagram user wrote, “A lot of trans people could benefit from the implants and or the tattooing.”

An Instagram user who underwent a nipple grafting procedure wrote, “As a bio student watching, I thought “oh, he was born with 6 nipples, that’s rare! I’ll have to see how they get them to match the rest of his skin tone”. Reading that these were intentional implants + nipple-matching tattoos had me FLOORED. What absolutely incredible work! I’ve just had a double mastectomy, so my nipples are grafted back on. If either of them fail, this is something I would absolutely consider! I’m absolutely in awe!”
