Yesterday, Delhi reportedly hit a temperature of 52.3 degrees Celsius, the highest ever recorded. Other regions, particularly Rajasthan, also saw extreme temperatures. Sirsa in Haryana reported a scorching 50.3 degrees Celsius. However, the respite from the heat came after the national capital received showers in the afternoon.
