Rupali Ganguly, who is better known as Anupamaa, has been winning fans’ hearts from her performance. Her fan following has increased post the serial. Well, there have been many instances where Rupali Ganguly met her fans but recently during the Durga Puja festival, she met an emotional fan. The video of her pacifying the fan has gone viral and fans are praising her nature.
In the video, shared by Viral Bhayani, we can see Rupali wearing a blue colour saree and giving a tight hug to an emotional fan. The lady is crying after meeting the star. Rupali is also seen wiping her tears and talking to her. One of the fans wrote, “your fashion sense is too good.” Another wrote, “How she is treating her like her daughter.”

Earlier last week, she had a mini-reunion with her co-star Ratna Pathak Shah, who used to play her mother-in-law on the show Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. Rupali Ganguly took to her Instagram account to share a series of pictures capturing heartwarming moments. In her caption, Rupali said, ” “This precious connect. 2nd pic she switched on the Mummyjee mode. I love you forever Ratna Pathak Shah.” The first picture features Rupali and Ratna Pathak Shah sharing a warm hug. In the second picture, Ratna Pathak Shah is seen gazing at Rupali, while in the last one, they both share a joyful pose for the camera, with Dia Mirza appearing in the background.
Rupali Ganguly recently discussed that during her six-and-a-half-year break from work, she received several fantastic television offers. However, most of these offers required her to play the role of “hero ki maa.” She explained that these roles were mainly for characters with much younger heroes, who were in their twenties. Rupali decided not to accept these offers because she wanted to prioritize her role as a mother and enjoy motherhood during that period of her life.
