The Kapil Sharma Show actress Sumona Chakravarti showed her talent by taking part in the dhunuchi dance with other devotees present at a pandal.

Notably, actress Sumona Chakravarti recently participated in the puja celebrations and delighted the attendees with her unique dance style following the aarti. She showcased her skills by performing the traditional dhunuchi dance, all the while elegantly clad in a saree.

Previously, Sumona Chakravarti treated her fans by sharing a series of pictures that offered a glimpse into her Durga Puja celebrations. In the initial snapshot, the actress posed before the statue of Maa Durga. She exuded elegance in a beige salwar suit, complemented by a pink dupatta. In the accompanying caption, she stated, “Day 1 Shubho Shosti. Hair, make-up, styling – I, me, myself. Clothes are my personal.”

In another delightful highlight of the festivities, Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji attended the celebration. Rani Mukerji also performed a slow dance in front of the deity, accompanied by former actor Sharbani Mukherjee and several other women.

Sumona Chakravarti started her acting journey at the young age of 11 in 1999 with the film Mann alongside Aamir Khan and Manisha Koirala. A few years later, she made appearances in various television shows including her breakthrough role in 2011, where she portrayed Natasha in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. Sumona has also made cameo appearances in films such as Barfi and Kick.

Her journey with Kapil Sharma began on Comedy Nights with Kapil from June 2013 to January 2016. She played the role of Sarla Gulati. Her collaboration with The Kapil Sharma Show brought her immense fame and recognition. She gained fame through her versatile portrayals of various characters on the comedy show. In The Kapil Sharma Show season 3, she played a pivotal role as Manju, Kapil Sharma’s on-screen wife.
