Poco X3 Pro India Launch Imminent, New Leak Reveals Design and Other Details
The Poco X3 Pro is slated to be launched in India by the end of this month, and bring in flagship grade specifications with a mid-range price tag.

More details about the upcoming Poco X3 Pro have been leaked on the internet, with the latest round of information offering a glimpse of how the Poco X3 Pro may look like. Based on the renders shared by a Twitter user, the Poco X3 Pro may look almost the same as its predecessor, the Poco X3. It appears to feature the same side design, with a flat power key integrating a physical fingerprint sensor. Even the circular rear camera module appears to have been retained in the Poco X3 Pro.

The leak reveals that the Poco X3 Pro may come in three colour shades – blue, a light gold shade and a third gradient shade that fuses shades of black, grey and other dark tones. To the front, it integrates a centrally aligned drill hole slot for the selfie camera. The circular camera module, which was introduced with the Poco X3, looked unconventional and here too, it includes a quad rear camera setup and an integrated LED flash module. The massive Poco branding also appears to be retained in the Poco X3 Pro. When we reviewed the Poco X3, we found it to be rather bulky and towards the thicker side of the scale, and the Poco X3 Pro will mostly likely be the same, too.

The Poco X3 Pro, in terms of specifications, may come with a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 SoC, which is slated to be a stripped-down version of last year’s Snapdragon 865. The X3 Pro is expected to feature up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, while the display specifications, including the 120Hz refresh rate, may remain the same. Other features that have been touted include a 5,200mAh battery, all of which should be revealed in closer detail within two weeks’ time.

Earlier this week, Poco hijacked an official OnePlus 9 promotion tweet, tipping the brand’s followers into speculating that the flagship killer wars may be heating up again. While the OnePlus 9 is expected to feature the Snapdragon 888 SoC and a quad camera setup capable of recording 4K videos at 120fps, it remains to be seen if the ‘Pro’ version of the Poco X3 will be able to actually rival The OnePlus offering – in terms of specifications, premium appeal and other details.
