New Delhi: Catering the selfie-focussed generation, Micromax has rolled out its latest budget Android smartphone, the Canvas Selfie Lens, that boasts of wide angle front camera lens for better self portraits.
The Micromax Canvas Selfie Lens comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and runs on a 1.3GHz quad core processor combined with 1GB RAM.
The highlight of the smartphone is its cameras that come with Largan Lens. The rear camera is 8 megapixel with Sony sensors and LED flash while the 5 megapixel front facing camera with OV sensors comes with a clip on 0.4X wide angle lens that lets you capture wider selfies, images and videos. It further includes selfie-enhancement tools.
The Android Lollipop-based smartphone is powered by a 2800mAh battery and includes 8GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB with microSD card.
The dual-SIM Canvas Selfie Lens is available in White + Champagne and Moondust Gray colour option. It has been priced at Rs 8,299. Additionally, Vodafone users will be provided with 500MB 3G data free for 2 months.
