Telugu icon Mahesh Babu is eagerly anticipating the release of Guntur Kaaram. Written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, this film will be released on January 12. With just hours left for the release, there is a big development related to the ticket prices of Guntur Kaaram.
The Home Department of Telangana has increased the ticket prices of the film. The new prices are – Rs 240 for the Single Screens, i.e- Rs 175 (regular price) + Rs 65 (increase). Rs 395 for the shows at Multiplex – Rs 295 (regular price) + Rs 100 (increase). Not only the ticket prices, the Telangana government had also allowed the makers to hold a special sixth show at 04:00 am from January 12 to 18. The Government had also permitted the makers to hold a benefit show at 01:00 AM in 23 theatres on the first day of release. These theatres include the Nexus Mall in Kukatpally and AMB Cinemas in Gachibowli.
The Telangana state government also instructed all the district collectors, licensing authorities, and police commissioners to ensure necessary compliance with these permissions. Following this, in a record, the Prasads Multiplex Theatre in Hyderabad is holding 41 shows on the opening day.
