Kolkata: Modi attacks Mamata, Left in first rally in Bengal
"India will only become a world leader if West Bengal becomes the national leader," Narendra Modi said.

Kolkata: Narendra Modi, BJP's prime ministerial candidate, launched an all-out war against the Mamata Banerjee government and the Left parties in West Bengal on Wednesday during his first rally in the state.

The Gujarat strongman exhorted the people to vote for the BJP if they wanted progress and development.

"India will only become a world leader if Bengal becomes the national leader," he said to loud cheers.

"I promise you if you welcome BJP in Bengal, I will undo what has been done to Bengal in last 60 years," he said.
