Srinivasan is accused of taking benefits in return for investments in Jaganmohan Reddy's companies.
Hyderabad: Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President N Srinivasan appeared before a CBI special court in Hyderabad on Friday. He was summoned in connection with the disproportionate assets case of the YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Jagan Mohan Reddy and all other accused in the scam were also present in the court. Srinivasan who also owns India Cements has been chargesheeted by the CBI in the Jagan assets case.
He is accused of taking benefits in return for investments in Jaganmohan Reddy's companies. The CBI had questioned him before filing a chargesheet naming him as an accused.
The CBI special court had ordered all the accused to appear before it on Friday.
