The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has invited online application forms for the recruitment of junior engineers in the Department of Water Resource. The registration process for the same commenced on March 6 at the Commission’s official website – www.ppsc.gov.in. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application on or before the closing date – March 27.
Over 612 vacancies for various posts are announced under this recruitment drive. Applicants can submit their fee till April 5. The exam will be held in April last week, however, the exact dates are yet to be out.
PPSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2021: Eligibility criteria
Education qualification: Applicants should possess three-year diploma in civil engineering from a state technical education board or equivalent.
Age limit: Applicants should be at least 18 years old to be able to apply for the job. The upper age is capped at 37 years. Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2021.

Keep the scanned copy of education documents, passport size photograph, signature and other certificates handy before proceeding to the application. Follow these simple steps to fill PPSC Junior Engineer application form 2021:
Step 1. Visit the homepage of PPSC at ppsc.gov.in.
Step 2. Click on ‘Open Advertisement’.
Step 3. Next, click on apply/view link against the advertisement reading “RECRUITMENT FOR POSTS OF JUNIOR ENGINEERS (CIVIL) IN THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCE, PUNJAB”.
Step 4. Read the details and proceed for application.
Step 5. On the new page, select the ‘post applied for’ from the drop-down menu and enter the required details.
Step 6. Upload the scanned copy of needed certificates.
Step 7. make payment of the application processing fee and download a copy of the application form.
PPSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2021: Salary
Selected candidates will get salary up to Rs 35,400 per month.
