The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Mining Limited has started the online application process for recruitment to the posts of Mining Overman, Magazine In-Charge Mechanical Supervisor, and other posts today, December 12.
Eligible candidates interested in applying can go to the official website of the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) at careers.ntpc.co.in and fill out the application for the vacancies. It is to be noted that candidates can submit the application form online until December 31 (up to 11:59 PM).

NTPC RECRUITMENT 2023: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Age limit: The upper age limit of the candidate must be 30 as of December 31, 2023. However, for reserved category candidates, the upper age limit relaxations are applicable.
Educational qualification: Candidates applying for the post must have a full-time regular Diploma in Mining/ Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Diploma in Mining Engineering and Mine Survey/ Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering/ Diploma in Mining/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/ and a certificate of Mining Sirdar competency based on the choice of post.

Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official website of the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) at careers.ntpc.co.in.
Step 2: Look for and click on the recruitment link available on the homepage.
Step 3: Then, select the link that reads, “NTPC Mining Limited- Recruitment of experienced persons in coal mining. Applications start date 12.12.2023”
Step 4: Fill out the application form as directed and pay the application fee.
Step 5: Upload all the required documents in the mentioned size and format.
Step 6: Hit submit and save a copy of the application form for future reference.
NTPC RECRUITMENT 2023: APPLICATION FEE
Candidates belonging to the General, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Other Backward Class (OBC) categories are required to pay Rs 300 as an application fee at the time of registration. However, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), XSM category, Land Outsee, and female candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
NTPC RECRUITMENT 2023: SELECTION PROCESS
Eligible candidates will have to undergo a written test followed by a skill/ competency test as part of the selection process. It is to be noted that both the tests shall be conducted at test centres in Ranchi, Jharkhand, the addresses of which will be communicated through the admit card.
