The last date for the MHT CET 2024 has been extended by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. The candidates will now be able to register themselves for PCM and PCB courses until March 8. The application process for the Maharashtra CET can be completed directly at mahacet.org. The syllabus for this exam is based on textbooks from classes 11 and 12.

The MHT CET 2024 admit cards will be released by April first week. The engineering exam will be held from April 25 to 30, and the pharmacy exam from April 16 to 23. The results will be out by May last week and thereafter the counselling process and further admission process will take place between June to August.

How to apply for the MHT CET 2024 exam?

Candidates who are interested in registering themselves for the MHT CET 2024 exam may follow the steps mentioned below –

Step 1- The first step requires you to visit the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.

Step 2 – Next you will have to find the MHT CET tab and then click on it.

Step 3 – You will be asked to log in first, after which the application form will be displayed on your screen.

Step 4- Now, proceed with your registration by filling in the necessary details.

Step 5 – After filling out the form, go through it once and rectify any mistake that you have made.

Step 6 – The next step requires you to upload the document after which you will have to pay an application fee.

Step 7 – Once the form is submitted, hit download and save the file on your computer.

Step 8 – Taking out a hard copy of the document will help with future reference.

MHT CET 2024 will consist of two papers carrying 100 marks each. For candidates that have chosen PCM, Mathematics will be their first paper. Whereas, for candidates with PCB, Biology will be their Paper 1. The second paper is common for both PCB and PCM which includes Physics and Chemistry. Each candidate will have three hours in total to finish their papers.
