The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the registration procedure for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 Session 1 today, November 1. Candidates planning to apply for the JEE Main 2024 can register themselves up until November 30 and pay the required fee on the official website- jeemain.nta.nic.in. The registration date for JEE Mains 2024 has been notified alongside the information bulletin for this year.
Candidates have been given a month to complete their JEE application form, after which the city intimation slip will be provided. The admit card will thereafter be made available on the official website three days prior to the exam day.
The first session of JEE Main 2024 test dates have already been made public by the agency and will take place from January 24 to February 1, 2024.
JEE Main 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who intend to take the JEE Main 2024 have no age limitations. All candidates, regardless of age, who passed their class 12 or equivalent test in 2021, 2022, or who are enrolled and planning to retake it in 2024, are eligible to take the JEE Main 2024 exam.
JEE Main 2024: How to Register
Step 1: Go to jeemain.nta.nic.in, the official JEE Main website.
Step 2: Select the registration link for session 1 from the homepage.
Step 3: Fill out the registration form and click the Submit button.
Step 4: Once completed, log in to your account and complete the application form.
Step 5: Click on Submit after paying the application fees.
Step 6: Download the JEE Main 2024 session 1 registration form and print a copy in case you need it later.
Those who intend to participate in both sessions do not need to apply individually. These applicants can use their session 1 credentials to login and pay the examination fee during the session 2 application window. Admissions to engineering and architectural courses is carried out through the JEE Main examination for BE, BTech, BArch, and B.Planning courses.
