The appointed candidate will hold a temporary position for six months, aligning with the project’s timeline. Candidates are required to possess a BA/BSC/BCom/BBA or an equivalent qualification with additional proficiency in computer applications, strong English writing and speaking skills and prior secretarial experience. Candidates are required to have experience in using SAP and GeM procurement. Proficiency in keeping accounts and the ability to prepare progress reports in the specified formats are also essential for this position. The role involves assisting in organising meetings, maintaining records, handling trade inquiries, communicating with vendors, and coordinating with IRCC, MMD and cash section. Applicants should be familiar with the administrative and purchasing setup at IITB.
