Alia Bhatt Reveals One Thing She Can't Do In India With Daughter Raha

Alia Bhatt, who has an impressive track record of hit films is also a doting mother to a daughter, Raha Kapoor. At the age of 30, Alia Bhatt embraced motherhood and welcomed Raha into the world on November 6, 2022. Since then, while actively pursuing her professional commitments, the actress has been fully dedicated to her responsibilities as a mother. Recently, Alia Bhatt along with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, and their daughter, Raha, went on a family vacation to New York to spend some quality time together.

In an interview with InStyle Australia, Alia Bhatt talked about her experience as a mother and how she enjoys doing simple things like going for a walk in the park and shopping with her daughter, Raha. She mentioned that it is easier to do these things when they are abroad because fewer people recognise her there as compared to in India. “We can’t really do that in India. I can’t take her out like that, it becomes a little complicated for us. So just walking around and watching her fall asleep in her pram, taking her to cafes and shopping. I put her in my little carrier and she’s just like, strapped onto me. That’s something that I really cherish,” Alia Bhatt explained.

While Alia Bhatt usually keeps her baby girl, Raha, away from social media and the paparazzi, she occasionally treats her fans by sharing little glimpses of her daughter’s cute stuff. On September 3, in an Instagram Story, Alia Bhatt shared an adorable picture of Raha Kapoor’s white bib. The bib had a cute short label embroidered on it that read, “I’m a rainbow.” Along with the picture, Alia Bhatt also expressed her gratitude to the brand from where she purchased her baby girl’s bib and added a note on top of the image, stating, “It’s the little things…Thank you for this.”

On a previous occasion, during one of Gucci’s well-known events, Alia Bhatt discussed the essential activities and possessions in her life. When questioned about her daily must-do, the diva spoke about the profound impact motherhood has had on her. The actress expressed that she believes it is a must to shower her daughter, Raha, with abundant kisses and hugs each day. According to a report by Bollywood Shaadis, Alia said, “Get a workout in, but now my life has changed a lot. I have a little baby, my daughter. So I think the one thing I must do every day as long as I’m with her, is to give her a big tight hug and a big kiss. Not once but many times throughout the day.”

Work-wise, Alia Bhatt has been quite busy with her recent projects. She appeared alongside Ranveer Singh in Karan Johar’s movie, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Additionally, she made her debut in Hollywood with the film Heart of Stone. Alia also received the prestigious Best Actress award at the 69th National Film Awards for her exceptional performance in Gangubai Kathiawadi.
