Madhuri Dixit has been making headlines while on her United States tour show. This one of a kind event is being hosted by television star, Shalin Bhanot. Recently, a clip from the event surfaced on the internet which shows Shalin dancing to the catchy tunes of Madhuri Dixit’s famous dance number Dola re Dola. Shalin is seen sharing the stage with Madhuri who urges him to perform. Later, she also joins him for the hook step.
The video begins with Madhuri giving a wrap-around skirt to Shalin Bhanot and asking him to dance wearing it. While Shalin is surprised at first he agrees to perform. He quickly wears the skirt and as the music starts, he effortlessly grooves to the hook step of Dola Re Dola. Madhuri also joins him soon after and the duo perform together on stage. His fans were quite surprised to see his impromptu dance. One of them commented, “Shalin.. Man he is too good.”
Earlier this month, Shalin was seen jetting off to the USA. He was asked about his excitement of meeting Madhuri Dixit in person by the paparazzi and his reaction is quite relatable to all the actress’ fans. Shalin shared his excitement saying, “Mei apni dhadkane bachake rakhu. Madhuri ma’am se milne wala hu. Bahut zyada excited hu. Unka show host karne ke liye bahut zyada excited hu. Aur bhagwan kare show bahut acha jaye aur Madhuri ma’am ko dekhkar mei behosh na hoh jau. Yahi umeed hai (I’m hiding my excitement. I’m going to meet Madhuri ma’am. I’m really excited. I’m very excited to host her show. I hope the show goes really well and that I don’t faint when I see Madhuri ma’am. That’s my hope),” as quoted by Pinkvilla.
Madhuri Dixit, who made her film debut in 1984, is celebrating 40 years in the entertainment world. To commemorate the occasion, the actress toured the United States from August 8 to August 11, in a special four-city event named The Forever Queen of Bollywood – Madhuri Dixit.
Speaking about the special tour, the actress stated, “I have always loved meeting my fans because the feedback I get from them is amazing. This exchange of thoughts is something I look forward to, and I love getting to know who they are and what their lives are like,” reported Bollywood Hungama. As part of the tour, Madhuri visited New York, Dallas, New Jersey and Atlanta.
