Meanwhile, the actress and director Aditya Dhar, who have been happily married for three years, are reportedly expecting their first child. According to reports in HT, Yami is currently five and a half months pregnant. At the trailer launch of the film, Yami glowed in a white tea-length dress paired with a long, beige blazer. She held the blazer with her hands near her belly to avoid giving away the big news already. According to reports, the actress will announce the happy news soon.
A source told HT, “Yami is extremely ecstatic ever since she learnt about her pregnancy. It’s going to be most probably a May baby. The family had been keeping everything hush hush until now.” Yami’s recent appearance with her husband had people wondering if she’s pregnant since she was seen covering her belly. “Yami and Dhar are going to announce it soon, since she will also be promoting her next thriller now. She is the lead and he is producing it. So it makes sense to clear the air officially as it will already be evident to people. They can’t wait to share the news with the world,” added the insider.
Yami and Aditya Dhar’s friendship began at the promotion of Uri and that they ultimately planned to marry after Covid in an intimate setting. In 2021, they exchanged vows in Yami’s native Himachal Pradesh in a small ceremony attended by only their immediate family.
