Nabha Natesh is making a comeback after a break of a few years. The actress, who was last seen in the OTT film Maestro released in 2021, will soon be seen in Aadhitya Bahudhanam and Bharat Krishnamachari”s Swayambhu in which Nikhil Siddhartha and Samyuktha Menon also play the leading roles. The filmmakers officially announced the news on Thursday.
Nabha announced her comeback on Instagram and shared a video. She wrote, “Hey you, Did u miss me, I certainly did. Not anymore because I AM BACK! See you in the theatres soon. -love. Thank you team #swayambhu for the most amazing welcome. I am overwhelmed.”
The video begins with news reports about Nabha’s accident at the beginning of 2022. Soon after, she is seen on set again and puts on her costume. You can also see her interacting with Nikhil and Bharat on set before she poses for a few clicks. The video ends with her first look in the film, in which she can be seen in traditional clothes.
Nabha had an accident in Karnataka at the beginning of 2022. It was not until 2023 that the actress announced on Instagram that she had a serious accident that led to a shoulder bone fracture. She even shared a picture of her scar on the platform. She suffered a relapse in the gym before she fully recovered and had to be operated on again in Bengaluru. She took it slowly and recovered completely before returning to filming with Swayambhu this year.
Nikhil completed training to play a warrior in Swayambhu. He trained for the role of weapons, martial arts and horseback riding. Bhuvan and Sreekar produce the film under the banner of Pixel Studios, and Tagore Madhu presents it. Samyuktha also trained for her role in the film, but her first appearance has yet to be revealed. Nabha plays a “decisive and powerful role” in Swayambhu, according to a press release from the creators. Ravi Basrur of KGF and Salaar composed the music for the film. The shooting of the film is underway.
