She is younger than me but she is also sensible.”

Rhea Kapoor seized the opportunity to tease her friend Kareena Kapoor Khan and reshared the clip on her Instagram Stories with a funny remark. She added a question to the post asking Kareena, “But are you listening to me?” Reacting to the producer’s question, the actress wrote, “Bro” followed by a bunch of laughing emojis in a post.

It needs to be noted that Kareena Kapoor Khan got pregnant with her first child, her elder son, Taimur Ali Khan. This was right after she signed up to play Kalindi in Veere Di Wedding, a film produced by Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor. Despite the actress’ agreement to be replaced for the role, Rhea, being a true friend, chose to wait for a year for her.

Veere Di Wedding, directed by Shashanka Ghosh starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, and Shikha Talsania in the lead roles. Besides, Sumit Vyas and Neena Gupta essayed supporting roles in the film. Jointly backed by Rhea, Ekta Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor and Nikhil Dwivedi, the film was loosely inspired by a 2015 American film, The Wedding Ringer.
