Emraan Hashmi Joins Adivi Sesh Starrer Goodachari 2, Looks Intense In First Look Poster | Check Here

Emraan Hashmi has finally joined the cast of Adivi Sesh starrer G2 aka Goodachari 2. On Thursday, the actor took to his Instagram handle to announce the same. “The biggest spy franchise gets a blockbuster addition ❤‍ Boarding mission #G2,” he wrote as he also shared that the shooting of the film is currently underway. Emraan also shared his first-look poster from G2 in which the actor looked intense with a faint smile on his face.

In a statement, Emraan talked about joining G2 and said, “Joining the cast of G2 is truly exciting. The script is compelling, and I look forward to being part of this spy thriller.”

Adivi Sesh also welcomed the actor onboard and shared, “I am thrilled to have Emraan Hashmi on board for G2. His presence will undoubtedly bring a new dimension to the film.”

Producers T.G Vishwa Prasad also shared his enthusiasm and stated, “Emraan Hashmi joining G2 raises the stakes for the film. His talent aligns perfectly with the vision we have for this project. Fans can expect a cinematic spectacle like never before.”

Goodachari 2 is one of the biggest spy franchises in the country. The film’s shoot began last year in Hyderabad. A five-storey glass set was constructed for the same. In January, the team headed to Europe for the international schedule as well. The film is Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, and Abhishek Agarwal, under the banner of People Media Factory, Abhishek Agarwal Arts, and AK Entertainments is directed by Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi. Besides Adivi Sesh, it also stars Banita Sandhu in the lead.

Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi was last seen in Tiger 3 along with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. The film and Emraan’s negative role in it was widely appreciated by all. Later, in an interview, the actor also reacted to the immense praise being showered on him for the film and described it as genuinely remarkable.
