Titled "Urainge", the song speaks of resolve and unity during testing and tough times and is a tribute to the victims of the terror attack that took place in Peshawar, Pakistan, in December 2014.Says Ali, "I want to give out the message that the entire nation is together in this hour of crisis. Although the mood is grave right now, I believe that it is important to think positively and hope for a better future."
The video will feature Pakistani celebs from different fields, including cricketer Shoaib Malik, actors Fawad Khan, Humaima Malick, Mahira Khan and singer Ali Azmat.
"I tried to reach celebrities, regardless of whether they are actors or cricketers. I wanted to unite them on a common platform and everyone I invited agreed without hesitation. I was very humbled that everybody was so kind." adds Ali.
