Akshay Kumar Poses With Female Fans During Housefull 5 Shoot In London, Video Goes Viral; Watch

Akshay Kumar is currently very busy with his film shoots. He is presently in London shooting for the fifth installment of Housefull 5. Recently a video has gone viral on social media. Akshay is seen posing with his female fans. The film will bring together seasoned actors including Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Nana Patekar, Chunky Panday, Jackie Shroff and Dino Morea. Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Sonam Bajwa, Chitrangda Singh and Soundarya Sharma are also expected to join the ensemble in prominent roles.

A fan shared the video on his X handle. In the video, Akshay is seen posing with female fans. He is dressed casually and coming out of a shop. Female fans are dressed in princess costumes and posing. Fans reacted and dropped heart emojis. Recently, Chunky Pandey, reprising his comedic role as Aakhri Pasta, has already shared some behind-the-scenes glimpses from the set, marking the start of filming.

On September 17, Chunky posted a series of pictures on Instagram, giving fans a sneak peek of the team’s London shoot. In one image, he is seen at a train station with co-star Johnny Lever, enjoying a casual moment. Another photo features him sharing a meal with veteran actor Ranjeet, both smiling for the camera. Other images show Chunky enjoying a beverage as he holds the cup in his hands. With these glimpses, Chunky excitedly announced the film’s start, captioning the post with, “Houseful 5 starts today. Get ready for the ride of your life.”

Following the London schedule, the Housefull 5 team will reportedly continue filming in Mumbai for another schedule later this year. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, known for his work on films like Dostana and Drive, this installment is set to be another entertaining entry in the popular comedy franchise. The movie is scheduled for theatrical release on June 6, 2025, production banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment said in a statement.

The Housefull series began in 2010 and has since seen three successful sequels – Housefull 2 in 2012, Housefull 3 in 2016 and Housefull 4 in 2019.

Akshay was last seen in the multi-starrer film Khel Khel Mein alongside Fardeen Khan, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor and Pragya Jaiswal. The film was released on Independence Day alongside Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s blockbuster hit Stree 2 and failed to do business at the box office. Kumar also had a cameo appearance in the supernatural horror comedy, which amused the audiences. At present, the 57-year-old actor has Bhooth Bangla, Sky Force, Welcome To The Jungle, Jolly LLB 3 and more in the pipeline.
