After lying low for eight years, Sunil Jain has suddenly made up his mind to testify in court for his brother's alleged murder.

Mumbai Abu Salem's problems just don't seem to get over.

While the don is being interrogated by the Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) of the Mumbai Police, for his alleged involvement in the Pradeep Jain murder case, Sunil Jain the brother of late Pradeep Jain claims having received fresh threats from Salem's gang.

After lying low for eight years, Sunil Jain has suddenly made up his mind to testify in court for his brother's alleged murder.

Sunil feels that the don should be dealt with more severely than other criminals.

"A criminal of his calibre should get punishment to the maximum extent and I am definitely going to give all the evidences I have and say how he used to operate," Jain said.

The police, despite their denials of having received any such official complaint from Jain, have gone ahead and provided him 24 hours police protection in light of the recent threats.

Sources state that Salem has already confessed his role in the Pradeep Jain murder case and feel that if Sunil Jain is allowed to testify as a key witness, it might go a long way in making things smoother for the ATS.
