Additional District Judge Chandra Bhushan Pandey held both the accused guilty on Saturday and also slapped a fine of Rs 50,000 on each of them.
Death sentence announced by a local court is subject to the confirmation of High Court.
40-year-old Vinod Kumar was killed by his wife and her paramour Gautam in Gursahaiganj area of the district in July 2008, prosecution lawyer said.
