The incident took place under the Baghwala Police Station when the two girls aged 15 and 13 years were going to a grinding mill with a bag of wheat. The three men pounced on the girls and took them into the nearby bushes and raped them. They fled away from the spot after committing the heinous crime when the girls raised an alarm.
They have been identified as Rajpal, Mahipal and Sanjay. The UP Police has registered the case under IPC Section 376 and POSCO Act.
