Amritsar: Afghanistan's Ambassador to India Shaida Mohammad Abdali on Saturday said the Heart of Asia Declaration will strongly condemn all forms of terror and will not differentiate between terror groups. Speaking to CNN-News18, the envoy said all member countries have agreed that the fight against terrorism must intensify as it was a question of survival not only of Afghanistan, but of the entire region.
Abdali also agreed with India's stand that talks and terror cannot go together. He said, "There is no doubt that finding a solution cannot only be through military activities, but I understand that talks and terror cannot go on forever. This phenomena has to end. That we have talks and then terror is a phenomena which is increasing everyday."
