New Delhi: BJP president and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday termed the ruling Samajwadi Party and BSP as private companies.
''SP and BSP are not political parties in real sense. They are instead private companies,'' PTI quoted Singh as saying in an election meeting in Etawah.
Rajnath Singh also said that BSP supremo and former UP chief minister Mayawati was neck-deep in corruption.
''While, SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav is giving shelter to banned terrorist outfit Students' Islamic Movement of India (SIMI), Mayawati, the self-proclaimed messiah of Dalits, is selling tickets for money,'' he alleged.
Expressing confidence of forming the next UP government, Singh reiterated that Kalyan Singh would be the state CM and there would be complete rule of law to keep criminals at bay.
''We will offer loans to farmers at six per cent interest rate against the prevailing 16 per cent,'' he said.
Assailing Congress-led central government, Singh lamented Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was working on the directives of party president Sonia Gandhi, while the common man was facing hardships.
