HYDERABAD: Six persons, including three women, were killed and six others suffered injuries when a state-run RTC bus hit an auto in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh today evening, police said.The incident occurred near Chitboyenpalli village of Gurramkonda mandal at around 5 pm, when the RTC bus, on its way to Madanpalli town, hit an auto that was coming from the opposite direction, they said. The victims are natives of Cherllapalli village."Twelve passengers, most of them labourers, were travelling in the auto. Six persons, including three women, died on the spot, while six others sustained injuries," a police officer told PTI over phone.The injured were shifted to hospital and police are further investigating into the cause of the incident.
