THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) will visit Mullaperiyar dam on Tuesday, to study the problems associated with the dam and find a solution to the issue. Commission chairman Justice J B Koshy will be accompanied by R Natarajan, who is in charge of Idukki district, and commission member K E Gangadhran among others.
