KOTHAMANGALAM: The police on Sunday issued a lookout notice against Bekkar, 27, of Moosarukudy at Nellikkuzhi near here, the sixth accused in the Kothamangalam sex scam.
Bekkar, who is absconding, had been assisting his father in wholesale fish business. Bekkar is one of the key suspects who knows the details of the several accused in the case, the police said.Those who are aware of the whereabouts of Bekkar are requested to contact the nearest police station or the Kothamangalam circleinspector (9497987125) or the Muvattupuzha DySP (9497990079). The details of the informants will be kept confidential.

So far, three minor boys and nine others, including the victim's father, have been arrested in connection with the case. The minor boys were allowed to go with their parents after they were produced before the Juvenile Justice Board. According to the case, the girl, a high school student at Kothamangalam, was 'presented' to several people by her father since 2008.
