Mumbai: Actor Salman Khan is back in town to host the fifth season of the reality show Bigg Boss with fellow star Sanjay Dutt. Salman landed in Mumbai today from Dublin where he is shooting for Yash Raj Film's upcoming movie 'Ek Tha Tiger' with ex-flame Katrina Kaif.
After undergoing a nerve surgery in the US in August, Salman had come to city last month only to attend the launch of the show.
"He travelled directly to Karjat where the Bigg Boss house is set up for today's eviction episode. He came today, shot for the episode and went back to Mumbai," a source told PTI.
In today's episode, Salman and Sanjay will kickstart the Diwali celebrations for the week with the contestants. "It is not clear for how many days he (Salman) will be in Mumbai," the source said. Salman had earlier said after his return to Mumbai, "I had become much better but Dublin's cold weather has created problems. I am still only 60 percent recovered. I have to go back after three-four months for another surgery and if that gets cleared, I will be 100 percent fine".
Salman had left for the US on August 29 for a surgery for trigeminal neuralgia, a nerve disorder which caused him excruciating pain in the face.
