Puducherry: Budget session till September 15

PUDUCHERRY: The budget session of the  Puducherry Assembly will go on for 12 days till September 15.According to the decision taken by the Business Advisory Committee which met on Thursday, the budget will be presented on August 24, following which a motion of thanks to the Lieutenant Governor’s address will be taken up on August 25 and 26. Two days, August 27 and 29, have been earmarked for budget discussion. Thereafter, the discussion on various demands will be taken up on August 31 and September 2,3,12,13,14 and September 15.
