Panel on insurance for government staff

HYDERABAD: The state government on Thursday constituted a state level committee to examine recommendations of the technical committee and to offer recommendations for effective implementation of providing comprehensive health care to all government employees, pensioners and their family members on a cashless basis.
According to a GO 329 dated November 10 issued by G Sudhir, special chief secretary to health, medical and family welfare, the government had constituted a 17member technical committee to analyse all aspects of the scheme and make recommendations. It proposed to constitute a statelevel committee to examine and finalise their recommendation.After careful examination, the government has decided to constitute a statelevel committee with special CS to health, medical and family welfare as chairman.
