Pampa emergency road to be inaugurated on Nov 2

SABARIMALA: The `1.45-crore emergency road at Pampa, sponsored by the Akhila Bharatha Ayyappa Seva Sangham, would be inaugurated on November 26.Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will dedicate the emergency road, having a length of 1.50 km and constructed for emergency purposes, at a function held at Pampa at 9 am. Ayyappa Seva Sangham president Thennala Balakrishna Pillai will preside over the function. Devaswom Minister V S Sivakumar will be the chief guest on the occasion. Sabarimala Thantri Kandararu Rajivaru will light the traditional lamp.Travancore Devaswom Board president M Rajagopalan Nair will deliver the key-note address. Sangham general secretary N Velayudhan Nair, vice-president D Vijayakumar and Treasurer Mohankumar will speak.
