PUDUCHERRY: Slamming the recent remarks of senior BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi during a function in Chennai recently, Union minister for PMO V Narayanasamy said the Congress government at the Centre did not show any discrimination in allotting funds to the non-Congress ruled states . In a statement, on Wednesday, he said the BJP leaders were hiding the truth and misleading the public by blaming the Congress government for political reasons.Pointing out that BJP leaders had alleged that the Centre was showing step-motherly attitude towards non-Congress ruled states by not allocating enough funds, he counter-charged that it was the previous BJP regime which did not allocate any funds other than the budget allocation.
