Bhopal: A Bhopal court will hear the sexual assault case against Madhya Pradesh's former Finance Minister Raghavji on Friday.
Raghavji was arrested last month from a flat in Koh-e-fiza locality where he was reportedly hiding with his wife and a nephew, four days after his domestic help accused him of sodomy.
Raghavji was forced to quit from his position as the finance minister following the sodomy allegations. He was also expelled from the BJP's membership. CNN-IBN had accessed the CD that allegedly showed Raghavji and his aides sexually abusing the domestic help.
