With the belief that a good meal comes from fresh ideas and signature cooking, Mocha - Coffees and Conversations is introducing a Monsoon Menu, mixing the best of the rains and the food.
Using seasonal specials and infusing a Mocha twist to it, the kitchen is infusing a unique flavour to the season with a menu that brings together the best of the tropical regions drenched in the rain at the moment.
Taming the Oriental dragon and the summer heat with some rainy day specials, the chefs have worked hard and created dishes from Thailand, Vietnam and China. Executive Chef, Gaurav Gidwani elaborates, “This Monsoon Menu bridges the gap between authentic Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai with our take on modern Asian cuisine. The dishes are exciting and explosively flavoured, highlighting monsoon related staples from each region. The Indian element is celebrated with a goodbye salute to the King of Fruits - Mango, with a host of desserts.”
You can slurp up Vietnamese Pho or pig out on Cambodian Chicken Wings. For meat lovers, there are Singapore Chicken Parcels, while seafarers can tuc into Pinoy Fish Balls and herbivores can savour the Korean Pancakes or Pad Kee Mao. Mango-holics will love the Desserts featuring Raw Mango and Jaggery Pie and Basil and Mango Cheesecake.
